The firm was founded in 2008 by Mark Trafeli.  We offer clients the benefit of many years of legal practice experience in UK and US federal gaming law, business law, US and EU securities and financial services regulation, regulatory compliance, privacy regulation, commercial litigation, information technology and insolvency.
